Are you floundered by this question too? If yes, this article is for you

I never had a goal weight in mind when I started my journey… My aim was far simpler — I did not want to be diabetic before 30 as it ran heavily in my gene pool. In the past 2 years, after I have reached a decent level of leanness deemed as “fit” by societal standards, I have been receiving a lot more questions around “you are lean now, what’s next?” — and surprisingly my new goal(s) have a lot to do with mindset & grit along with improving physical fitness rather than simply maintaining my body.

I have come a long way from being an overwieght girl all my life detesting any physical movement recreationally or even just for the sake of health. When I started back in 2017, I was thrown into a sea of do’s and dont’s but what I enjoyed most was pushing my mind and body into areas I didn't know I could. Being able to simply run an extra 2 mins when I thought was done and dusted made me feel like a winner internally! Soon enough I learned that being able to challenge yourself and then complete that challenge is a win that excites me like a 5-year old!

1️⃣ Ultra-marathons — This concept has intrigued me and it shakes my very being when I think about a 30 or 40-mile run. I have never run a full marathon but somehow that goal doesn’t seem to invoke the same…
