How Nisha came, saw, and conquered her cravings (And you can too!)

Meet Nisha. She’s a working woman in her early thirties. Her philosophy for leading a healthy lifestyle? No pain, no gain. This is her story.

Let’s rewind to the beginning.

Every day, Nisha would slip into her shoes and set about for her morning run. As she raced around the park, she willed herself to shut out the pain in her knees, urging her legs to make every second count. She couldn’t afford not to.

Nisha’s desk job restricted her motion to little more a lean and a lounge for over eight hours a day. Even as she raced against the clock to complete her projects, she found peace in the promise she had made to herself.

When her hours were done, she would hop into action in her home gym. She would grip the hand bars of her elliptical machine and plant her feet as she pedaled and pedaled.
